Step One - Get Certified

Please Note: VirtualPro is a Gold Premier Partner Call Center in the Arise network and we have completed the business contracting with Arise on behalf of our CSP team.  If you are interested in earning hourly wages at home with VirtualPro please complete the certification steps listed below.          

The Arise certification process includes setting up an online profile, completing a background check and completing Step Two listed below.   All steps can be completed simply from the comfort of your home as quickly as you elect (some successful CSP candidates have accomplished certification in as short a period as 1 day). Once you have successfully completed the steps listed above please move to Step Two.


Step Two - Express Interest

Step Three - Finalize Your Hire & Join Our Team

To complete the certification process email us at once you have completed Step One & Step Two above and a VirtualPro team member will promptly contact you to finalize your hire.  It is that simple!!!

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.  There are no deductions for federal or state taxes (Client Support Professionals are responsible for these taxes when filing their tax return).  All contract revenue earned will be reflected on the CSPs pay (pay is bi-monthly on the 1st & 15th). 

Successful applicants are placed on our Client Support Professional Team in order of their date of certification completion. Successfully completing the certification process in a timely manner enhances your ability to secure one of the Client Support Professional positions we have available in your geographic market.
